Before you start

Choose a completed image with a Regenerate action and check that you have enough credits for the displayed variation cost.

Request a variation

  1. Open Images or a recent-generation section.
  2. Select Regenerate on the image you want to revise.
  3. In Regenerate with feedback, describe What should change? Be specific about the parts to change and the parts to retain.
  4. Review the displayed credit cost, then select Generate variation.
  5. Wait for the variation to finish and compare it with the original before downloading.

For example: “Keep the teapot and composition. Make the lighting warmer and replace the background with a pale blue wall.”

Expected result

A new variation is queued using the original as its visual starting point. The new image can be reviewed and downloaded separately.

Troubleshooting

If Regenerate is unavailable, choose a supported completed image with its original file available. If the request is rate-limited, wait before retrying. Check the pending variation before starting another; each new generation can use credits.
